Blood tests for dogs and cats

At home:
The most convenient for you and the least stressful for your pet. The procedure is as follows:

  1. A veterinarian will visit you at home to take a blood sample.
  2. We will prepare the sample and arrange for its collection from your home so it can be sent to the laboratory.
  3. You will receive the results by email.
  4. Our veterinarian will contact you to explain the results and plan a treatment plan if necessary.

Urine or fecal analysis for pets.

At-home testing is the best solution. Here’s how it works:

  1. You collect the urine or fecal sample from your pet.
  2. We arrange for the sample to be collected from your home and sent to the laboratory.
  3. You will receive an email with the results.
  4. The veterinarian will call you to discuss the results and explain the treatment plan. Treatment if necessary.

When should tests be performed?

  1. We recommend annual tests for geriatric animals
  2. We recommend annual tests if your pet has a chronic illness to monitor levels
  3. After a check-up, a veterinarian can order tests to complement what was observed during the examination
