What is the Online Wellness Plan and what does it include?
The Wellness Plan aims to help pet owners gain greater knowledge and control over the health and well-being of their companion. To this end, we want you to have direct access to a veterinarian in the following situations:
1) Detect Symptoms Early
Due to lack of knowledge, communication difficulties between pet and owner, or not having a qualified reference to consult, many symptoms are often undetected, ignored, or deemed unimportant. Reporting these symptoms in time could prevent severe clinical conditions.

2) Don’t Stay Worried
Conversely, but equally bothersome, certain behaviors, wounds, irritations, or other anomalies we detect can cause frequent concerns that could be unnecessarily prolonged if we cannot discuss these symptoms with a veterinarian.

3) Best Care Practices
Consult a generalist veterinarian with all your questions about what is right and wrong in your pet’s care: inquiries about best practices in education, hygiene, and nutrition, environment suitability, toys and accessories, legislation…

4) Discount on Visits
The Wellness Plan is initially online to make it quicker and more accessible to ask a veterinarian without needing to visit a clinic each time. However, in some cases, an online consultation is not enough, and an in-person check-up will be necessary. Therefore, the plan also includes a €10 discount on all home visits.

El pasado 28 de Enero despedimos a nuestro querido Muffy. Tenía 16 años. Hace 2 años y medio le diagnosticaron dos tumores… más en el pulmón. Inicialmente le dieron 6 meses de vida pero tuvo a bien quedarse a cuidar de nosotros durante dos años más. Fue una decisión muy dura pero llegó el momento de dejarle ir y evitar su sufrimiento. Nuestra veterinaria nos habló de TomVets. Dentro del dolor que sentíamos, contratarlos fue la decisión más acertada. Nos explicaron con todo detalle los pasos a seguir. El día de su marcha todos estuvimos a su lado. Estuvo en su casa, en su sofá, en su manta y con su familia. Uno a uno todos pudimos expresarle cuánta felicidad y amor nos dejaba. Y finalmente se fue tranquilo, arropado y querido, como siempre había vivido. No pudo tener una despedida mejor. Nuestro profundo agradecimiento a Valeria por su sensibilidad y respeto.
En la despedida de Anouk los trámites fueron sencillos y rápidos. La veterinaria que vino me hizo sentirme tranquila y acogida… más en todo momento y mi.perrita se marcho sin dolor y en paz. Mucha empatía. La persona que se tenía que llevar a Anouk no subió a casa hasta que ella ya nos dejó.
Un momento duro pero gracias a ellos lo recuerdo agradecida y en paz
Hace unos días tuvimos que despedir a nuestra gata Paula que ya era muy mayor, pese que el momento es duro y difícil, la… más atención de Tom y su amabilidad lo hicieron todo más llevadero, te explica en cada momento lo que va hacer y trata al animal con mucha delicadeza. Lo mejor es poder pasar por este proceso en casa, sin el estrés de ir a una clínica, y con la compañía de Tom que ha sido muy cercana y tranquila. Nos ha gustado pasar este proceso con vosotros, y no podía ser mejor, muchas gracias de corazón, lo recomiendo al 200%.
Recomendado 100%!!! Cleydi visitó a mi primera gatita Leia, me encantó tanto su simpatía, amabilidad y tiene tanto tacto… más con los gatitos que me encantó.
Ahora tengo dos gatitos atún y salmón son bebés de dos meses y Cleydi viene a hacerles las visitas rutinarias a domicilio y las vacunas! Día de veterinario convertido en un día guay, charlas, visitar a los gatitos sin ningún estrés para ellos y Cleydi es un amor! Nos encanta su atención!!!
